Needlecrafters

If you enjoy Knitting, Crocheting, Plastic Canvas, Cross-stitch or any other hand needlecraft, come join the Needlecrafters Club for some fun.  We are a social club with a yarn habit!  We have a great time sharing many hours together creating beautiful handmade items & gifts.  Come visit and browse the various items in our beautiful shop.  From baby blankets, sweaters, booties and toys to kitchen items, card playing accessories, shawls, afghans, earrings and other novelty items.

Purpose: To meet, sharing ideas & skills as we work together on needlecrafts, enjoying the fellowship of working with others who share the same hobbies.  Supplies are available to make item to sell in the shop, or you can work on your personal projects using your own supplies. Shop proceeds are donated to local charities.  Beginner classes are available.

Membership: Open to any CA Member who has an interest in the needle arts. There is a $5.00 membership fee due each December.

Meetings: 

  • The shop is open during meeting hours year-round.  Mon, Weds & Fri 9am to noon.  Tues & Thurs 11am to 2pm.
  • Needlecrafters Room is located at 942 Cherry Hills Drive, next to the Shuffleboard Courts and behind the new Applied Arts building.
