We have 22 music and dance clubs ranging from polka to ballroom dance and from big-band to country music. There are clubs for cats, dogs, writers, investors, gardeners, and fun-lovers of every stripe. Click on any of the categories below to learn more.
This page includes many of the organizations in Sun City Center which are involved in civic or social activities, or which provide support to the residents of the community on a charitable basis. While some of the organizations listed may not be affiliated with the CA, they are popular with residents so are listed here for information. AMATEUR RADIO CLUB
The SCC Amateur Radio club provides emergency communications to the Sun City Center community in times of crises. We are associated with the Hillsborough County Emergency services organizations as well. We offer support to other organizations in Sun City Center that require radio communications for their projects and events. The club radio room is staffed from 9am – 11am Monday through Friday.
Meetings: Regular club meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month starting at 2:00 PM in the Florida Room in the Atrium Building.
Apple User Group

Meetings: The fourth Tuesday of each month September through May. Atrium Building from 3 PM until 5:00 PM
SUN CITY CENTER AUDUBON CLUB
Share in this clubs mission to educate and advocate to advance conservation and provide nature discovery and opportunities that help forge life-long connections between people and nature.
Meetings: Held first Saturday of the month, November through April, in the Florida Room, 9:30 to 11:30 AM.
CAT LOVERS CLUB
Share your love and passions of the feline species while enjoying the company of others that share the same devotion.

COALITION FOR MENTAL HEALTH & AGING
Here to help those in our community by working with other organizations that work together towards improving the availability of mental health treatment to older persons.
Meetings: Monthly meetings are held on the third Monday of every month at 9:00 AM
CREATIVE WRITERS – SCC WRITERS CLUB
Come share your experiences and life through this art and enjoy the friendship of others that share this same love.
Meetings:
The first and third Tuesday of each month in the Armstrong Room of the Atrium Building, from 2 to 4 PM.
DOG OWNERS GROUP
Share your love and passions of the canine species while enjoying the company of others that share the same devotion.
Meetings: An annual membership meeting shall be held in December

WRITERS ROUNDTABLE
The Writers Roundtable focuses on writing, critiquing and improving our writing. All levels of writers are welcome from absolute newbies to published authors.
Meetings: Every Wednesday 2pm-4pm in the Armstrong Room.
MULTI-CULTURAL HERITAGE CLUB
The Multi-Cultural Heritage Club is dedicated to the effort of inspiring our members to extend fellowship and support to each other through social and cultural activities. We, therefore, take tremendous pride in preserving and promoting the richness of the multi-cultural heritage of Sun City Center’s residents.
Meetings: Second Friday of each month from noon until 2:00pm in the Caper Room located in the Atrium.
Monday Movies
To provide an inexpensive, local source of entertainment and social activity for people who enjoy movies.
Meetings: Movies are shown at 1:00 PM on the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Rollins Theater.
NEW ENGLAND CLUB

SUN CITY CENTER (SCC) COOKING DEMONSTRATION CLUB
The Sun City Center (SCC) Cooking Demonstration Club meets to share ideas, recipes and most of all, have fun!
Membership: Open to all SCC members and Kings Point and Freedom Plaza gold card members. Dues are $25 annually. Meetings are held from 3pm-6:30pm on the third Saturday of each month in room #5 at the South Pebble Beach Blvd. Community Hall.
