Make friends and lifetime relationships through sharing your love of dance.  

Purpose: The SCC Dance Club provides a variety of dancing music for all skill levels while socializing with other members and friends.  Singles are always welcome to attend our events.

Membership: All SCC Community Association members, Freedom Plaza residents and Kings Point Members with a KP Club Usage Card are eligible to become dance club members.  The annual $25 membership fee covers 7 dances held during the year, as well as a weekly practice session in the Atrium Dance Studio, typically held on Mondays.  Non-members who meet the membership requirements are welcome to attend the dances as a guest for a nominal fee.

Meetings: The dances are held during the months of January-April and October-December.  They are typically scheduled for the second Saturday of the month and are held at our wonderful SCC Community Hall from 7-9pm.  Attire is smart casual – no shorts.  Some dances may feature a holiday theme and could include a dance lesson or some refreshments.

All of the 7 dances held during the year are designated as fundraising events (with the proceeds going to local nonprofit organizations) and are open to the surrounding communities, so all of your friends can join you.
