Our Office Location & Hours

As a Sun City Center resident, you’re a voting member of the Community Association that owns and operates our many buildings and recreational facilities.  Community Association directors are unpaid volunteers, elected by the members who can and do voice their ideas and opinions at regular monthly board meetings.  Members have access to all the facilities and amenities, for a remarkably low cost. You’ll find that our yearly dues are about the same as the monthly dues in some other Florida age-restricted communities.

The CA Administrative Office Building is located at 1009 North Pebble Beach Boulevard.  It is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our phone number is 813- 633-3500.

The building includes the offices of the CA Board of Directors, the CA Facilities Manager’s office, the Club Administration office, Membership Services and offices for support staff.

Holidays observed by the CA:

New Year’s Day: January 1
Memorial Day: Last Monday in May
Independence Day: July 4
Labor Day: First Monday in September
Thanksgiving: Fourth Thursday in November
                                Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve: 1:00 PM (except if it falls on a weekend)
Christmas Day: December 25
New Year’s Eve: 1:00 PM (except if it falls on a weekend)

 

If any holiday (with exceptions as noted) fall on Saturday, the preceding Friday will be the holiday. If they fall on Sunday, the following Monday will be the holiday.

There will be three (3) observed CA holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) during which all CA facilities will be closed. In addition, CA facilities will be closed at 1:00 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, except for authorized scheduled functions. A skeleton crew will be on hand to open the facilities on the remaining CA-observed holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day).
