Morning Fitness Club

Flexercise involves a lot of stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling, squeezing, sweating and gasping for breath through series of exercises. Its intent is to enhance health by increasing flexibility and muscle toning.

Purpose: To gather on a regular basis to improve and maintain good health through a program of exercise and aerobic activities. The program offers flexibility exercises (Flexercises) which include stretches, working with hand weights, and floor mat exercises. Low-impact aerobic dance set to music is also offered. Flexercise and Aerobic Dance sessions are guided by a leader.

Membership: Open to all Community Association members. Annual dues are $16; single session guest fee is 50 cents per day.

Meetings: Kick it up with Flexercise Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Community Hall from 8:00 – 8:45 AM. From 8:50 – 9:20 AM participants can follow a leader though low-impact aerobic routines.
