Master swimmers encourages competitive swimmers and fitness swimmers to challenge each other and learn from the skill of others and is a great exercise for all ages.
Purpose: To improve one’s cardio-vascular system and to tone the body. Aerobic exercise can relieve stress and anxiety; improve the quality of sleep; increase the good cholesterol (HDL); reduce the risk of heart disease; relieve depression, and can slow the aging process.
Membership: Membership is open to all individual members of the Community Association who are interested in fitness swimming or competition.
Meetings: General membership meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of November. Contact the president for regularly scheduled meetings.
