Purpose: To promote the hobby of model ship sailing. Specifically, we race radio-controlled East Coast 12-Meter and Dragon Flite 95 One Design Sailboats.

Meetings: Races are conducted Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (In good weather) starting at 9am – 12pm at Swan Lake on the lawn next to the Arts & Crafts Building on Cherry Hills Drive. Visitors are welcome.

Membership: Open to Community Association Members. Annual dues are $20.00. It is expected that each member will strive to own a mini yacht conforming to specifications of the American Model Yachting Association.
